Since 2005, Blue Hills Community Services, in partnership with Communities Creating Opportunities and Blue Hills Neighborhood Association, has been administering the On The House home repair program to provide assistance to eligible residents with home repairs.
Grants are available for residents of:

Blue Hills neighborhood - boundaries: Swope Parkway (North) to 63rd Street (South) and Paseo (West) to Prospect (East)

Town Fork Creek neighborhood - boundaries: Swope Parkway (North) to 63rd Street (South) and Prospect (West) to Swope Parkway (East)

For home improvements such as, but not limited to:

Rehabilitation: roof replacement, electrical wiring, sidewalk or porch repair, etc.
Weatherization: window replacement, HVAC, etc.
Accessibility: improvements to accommodate disabilities
