Kansas City not for profit seeking highly organized individual to provide comprehensive management to affordable housing development including marketing and leasing, rent collection, tenant relations and other administrative activities. Related experience in tax credit properties, compliance, resident and community relations, including senior and disabled, excellent computer skills required, ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
